The estimated delivery date is when your order should arrive. Generally, the estimated delivery date is based on a combination of the processing time for the items you ordered (it takes us between 1-3 days to create and prepare your order for shipment), the transit time (our free shipping is 3-5 business days but can be upgraded to 2-day Express shipping at checkout), and today’s date.
Processing Time + FedEx Shipping Time + 1 Day = Estimated Delivery Date
For example: If the processing time for an item you purchased is 1-3 days, and the transit time for the shipping method you chose is usually 3-5 days, your estimated delivery date is 4-8 days from today.
Upgrading to express delivery automatically jumps you to the front of the production line behind our other express orders. If you order before noon, we'll get started on your order same day. Otherwise, expect your order to be processed and prepared for 2-day shipping the following business day. Please note, while we process orders every day, we do not ship on weekends. Any express orders received on Thursday will deliver by Monday. Any express orders received Friday-Sunday will deliver by Tuesday.
Shipment tracking information can be located by logging into your account and navigating to your order. If the order is marked as shipped earlier than the expected ship date, the estimated delivery date will be recalculated accordingly.
