We are actually unable to print custom sets that will spell out a name or phrase in individual letters. We are currently only offering individual letters in our alphabet sets.

We do offer personalized sets, though. Use the search feature at the top of the page and search “personalized” to see our full collection of personalized options.

When we consider custom requests, we look at whether or not we can resell the signs to other potential customers. If we determine your custom request would appeal to a wide audience, we will consider creating it. If we determine we cannot resell a custom request, we will have to decline. However, we do encourage you to make theme requests and will definitely consider adding those to our design calendar.

We like to keep all of our correspondence here on site so that we can help you best. It allows us to share links with you and also gives us both information to refer back to if needed.

Unfortunately, we cannot break any of our sets up. We print as the orders are placed on one large sheet and incur the printing costs whether we print on the entire sheet or just a portion of it.

While we understand circumstances can change on your end, we are unable to accept returns since our orders are printed as they are ordered. This is noted on each of our products. We do have a potential solution for you which has worked well for others. There is a Facebook group called Yard Card Signs Buy-Sell-Trade where you will likely be able to connect with someone who is interested in your signs. We are unable to print licensed characters or logos due to copyright infringement laws.

The signs and stakes are shipped together but do have different tracking numbers. While they most often get delivered together, sometimes they arrive in separate deliveries. Don’t worry, the remainder of the order is on its way. Please contact us and we will provide you with the most up to date shipment tracking information.

We realize damage can happen after your product leaves our shop and want to make it right where necessary. If you purchased lawn signs and they arrived damaged or bent, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt. We add a thick white border around all of our signs to allow room for the possibility of minor inconsistencies and bent corners. Although this happens infrequently, if your signs show damage beyond this white border where the graphics are damaged, we will work with you to make it right. We will only replace signs where the graphics are damaged beyond the thick white border. If your damage falls within the white border, it will be considered reasonable to use as these yard signs are meant to be viewed from a distance.
